He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE/BSEE) degree from the University of Delaware and has a diverse skill set encompassing systems engineering, federal acquisition and regulatory analysis, complex program management, P&L management, IT systems deployment, large-scale facility and base operations, market planning, competitive analysis, and bid-to-win analysis.
