Mr. Curtis Rotan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as President of Kwaan Bear Technology, an SBA 8(a) Certified Small Disadvantaged Business and subsidiary of the Kake Tribal Corporation based in Kake, Alaska. With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in IT Infrastructure/Telecommunications, Curtis has successfully led and developed programs for various prestigious entities such as the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), US Air Force Network Systems, US Navy IT and Telecommunications Support Services, DCSA Critical Technology Programs, and DHS/FPS Law Enforcement and Security Services.

Prior to his current position, Curtis held key leadership roles, including Director of Infrastructure and Security at Goldbelt and Interim General Manager for one of their wholly owned subsidiaries. His background in telecommunications, international law enforcement/security, and extensive experience in domestic and international program management make him a highly capable executive.
Curtis’s impressive career also includes serving as a former Police Commander with the United Nations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Program Management, which further enhances his qualifications and enables him to effectively lead and oversee Kwaan Bear Technology’s operations.
